brown or white eggs?
i was very curious about brown vs. white eggs. afterall, i've tasted them both and it doesn't seem to be different (after you smash them, they look the same inside!)
this website (and a few others) says that brown eggs come from brown chickens, and white eggs from white chickens. apparently you check their ears for the actual color. no nutritional difference, just that it costs more to feed brown chickens, hence you pay more for brown eggs!
i must say brown eggs are better-looking than white eggs though, but then again, who cares if an egg is good-looking?!
