nat's arrest

there's tons of publicity on this, so just try googling for nat tan on google.com.my, but the link that i follow is his sister's blog. malaysiakini is also keeping abreast the latest news.

i wonder how screwed up things back home are....hearing about news like this makes me doubt the future stability of my country. (though i must say i don't necessarily agree that things were done the 'smart' way prior to the arrest).

*update* nat has since been released and is now at home safely.
