JA

junior achievement. one day when we get out of our regular schedules to teach elementary kids and inspire them to stay in school.

i had been really looking forward to doing this, honestly, it's more rewarding than you think it is. do it once, and you can get addicted. teachers are remarkable, though, i can't see myself ever being a teacher, i just don't have that much energy to keep up with 8-year-olds. it's a tough job. much tougher than mine.

i hope i can get myself together for tomorrow. i hope they'll enjoy my lesson.

dirtybruin - you totally should, it's rewarding. just make sure you have tons of energy....sometimes you feel like strangling them.

apurva - hey hey hey. i was the good cop yeah? unfortunately we had to teach separate classes...no role-playing for me. :(
