looking back

i'm digging through all my things, as i'm moving apartments pretty soon (i will have a new address!), throwing out stuff i can see myself living without, and keeping the forget-me-nots that i *must* keep for memories sake. and guess what i ran into? my old autograph book.



ahahah. :) we were so creative!! it's lived since the form 5 days and it truly is amazing to look back and see what hopes and dreams we wrote about. some came true, and some didn't. if i haven't said this enough, i think i'm truly blessed to have the friends i have today - all those days in cempaka and presby (it didn't live through college/uni, after all, we now have facebook) are somewhat captured in this precious book.

in some ways, we said our goodbyes thinking we'd part ways. we left our phone numbers (err, they've changed), addresses (even those have changed), birthdays - anything to remind each other of what we had together and how to keep in contact. but look at us today - 12 years later, we're still very much part of each others lives even though we live in different continents! :)

and i know i've already posted this, but i love love love this picture, and it shall be remembered.
