chase = bad.
i've had to call their customer reps quite a few times. today the lady/man/lady whom i talked to hung up on me twice, despite me saying again and again that i don't want to get hung up on, and didn't resolve my problem. i had to speak to a supervisor after that to get it done. total time = 25 mins.
victoria's secret = awesome.
on the other hand, victoria's secret has been an absolutely pleasant experience. i've only purchased online once, but had to call twice due to some confusion, but i must say, the reps are very very nice, and efficient. and they resolved my problem within minutes. total time = 2 mins.
