"so when will you be back next?", she asks.
"i don't know, i really don't." i hug her tighter.
"what about chinese new year?"
"at the very latest", i promise.
it's never see you later, or see you next weekend!
always a ticking clock, counting down the seconds till i won't have her anymore
i hug her whenever possible, to show i'm still hers
will always be, her little girl
life is always solveable when she's around.
many times i wonder if i'll be completely happy here.

you are so sweet. Absolutely. You've somehow made my day. Maybe its really good to know that people like you still exists amongst the crowd of highly distracted people. And also that I know you in person.

I know exactly how you feel! But I guess we're always going to be their little girls no matter where we are, how old or how far.
